It's been over a month since the seller tells me it;s been delivered but it didn't arrived yet!

RB942118977CN is still in Beijing waiting for airline to Romania. You should wait another 2 to weeks to get the parcel. You can also see local delivery information here:

Departures doesn't mean that it's gone, on it's way?
