Could you tell me something about this parcel: RB934741584CN. It is assumet that it was shipped 01/04/2014, Beijing time, but there are no tracking records.

you can track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, there should be some tracking result.

If tracking result is "Success find: 0 items!", it means the tracking number is invalid. China Post has NOT received this parcel. then you should report fraud to paypal and claim refund.
