What's happen with my parcel? Where can I find it? Tracking number RB869672657SG and order was at 29.November 2019. Can you help me, please?

RB869672657SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like Singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive Singapore first, then transit to destination country through Singapore Post system.

You can not see shipping record until parcel arrives Singapore. This might take one or two more weeks.

Once it enters Singapore Post system, you can track your parcel in Singapore Post website.
