I bought this item on ioffer from china nearly two months ago.can you please tell me where this parcel is.i did not recieve parcel and seller says I did.please help me

RB896985717CN...please help.i purchased this item from ioffer nearly two months ago.i can't track it where is it .

RB896985717CN is going to France not UK. So I believe your seller gave you a wrong number.
