can anyone help me? this has been shipped 3 months ago and I still have not received it. the seller is fobbing me off and not giving a refund. ive contacted lawyers as this is unacceptable to wait all this time with no item! china post is a joke!

RB682988182CN was sent to airline in Nov. If you have not got it, this means it might stuck somewhere outside China or lost. We suggest you to open a dispute and get your money back asap.

The transaction is marked as finished on aliexpress therefore I'm unable to
Open a dispute. I have now lost $100! I can't find a contact email for aliexpress and the seller has became unresponsive since I told him I have not recieved the parcel and would be contacting lawyers

you can contact seller and ask him to refund. If refund, you leave good feedback on him, otherwise he will get negative feedback. normally feedback will push seller to response you.
