What is happening with this? It says 'Destination country Brazil', but it should be sent to Macedonia.

RB613578845CN destination is Brazil and now it has arrived Brazil. I believe your shipper gave you a wrong number.

you need report fraud to your shopping site or paypal and ask for refund.

if you buy from aliexpress, even if you do not confirm order ,after 60 days the money will go to seller. so you'd better claim non-receipt first.
