I'm from France.
I've been waiting for more than one month for my parcels already and it seems that it has not left China yet.
Could you please give me some news about my package please ?

Sorry, last question. In your opinion, in this particular case, i mean "RB568991863CN has some problem to pass security check in shanghai.", do you think that there is any chance for my parcel to pass the security check or should i claim refund immediately ?

if your parcel has no liquid ,no battery and no copyright violation item inside, it should pass security check in future, it just takes time,please be patient.

One last thing, i entered my parcel's tracking number on http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and that's what it shows:

Does "sent to airline" means that my parcel passed the security check and was sent to my country ? If so, how comes that when i search for my parcel in http://track-chinapost.com/start_francepost.php, global tracking of my country, the parcel has not arrived France yet ?

the parcel was just sent to airline from Beijing, it might need another 2 weeks to arrive france.
