I ordered a pretty large duffel bag from China on Jan 1st along with smaller items from other sellers all on the same day. My other 3 items have arrived within 9-10 days, however this duffel bag has not arrived. The status has remained the same for the past few days now. The postage in London is pretty good so I doubt it has anything to do with Royal Mail.

Can anyone help?

RB509277761CN seems still in Beijing customs warehouse. You need wait a couple of days later and check it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if the status changes to "sent to airline", then you should get it within 2 to 3 weeks.
