many parcels shipped from Beijing during Sep were stuck in the airport because of airline space shortage. you need wait some more days.

Hi. I am here again. I don't have more information from Pomp mobile store and i wait as you said 1 week, but now i still see the same data when i track the item. So can i do anything else but wait ?

RB446097783CN is still in Beijing. Beijing airport has serious delay since Sep because of airline shortage and upgraded security check. If your parcel has forbidden item such as battery, chemical etc, it might be rejected by airline without return and any notice.

So i have to make a claim to the seller and wait the paypal resolution,that's all.
Forget the parcel and wait more time to recover the money if i am lucky.

Sometimes the bad news becomes worse.
It's been more than 45 days from purchase to make the claim by paypal
The seller does not answer
The parcel does not appear
Can anyone help me how to fix this
