Hi. My parcel went to customs on 20th April and is still showing there. Estimated delivery on my parcel is by 15th May. What could the hold up be? My daughter is chomping at the bit as it is a wig for cosplay that she needs by 23rd May. How can parcels take so long to come from China? Parcels never take so long from other countries in the region, it is worrying.

parcel should arrive UK in about 3 weeks. if over 3 weeks not arrive, it should be lost.

it seems the parcel stuck in Nanjing customs. what is the item inside?

Hello

The item is a Cosplay wig that should have arrived by now. What is the hold up with customs? I ordered on ebay and I have a month from order to put I a complaint with them.

Not sure if the parcel was lost or only be stuck and delayed by airline shortage(Nanjing - Shanghai area has an international meeting this month). We suggest you wait some more days.If you still do not receive the parcel by the 40 days after you placed the order, you should open a dispute to ebay and claim refund.

Could you advise if any more news on this item. I have received items from both Singapore and Japan in half the time. What is happening at China post? How can so many items be lost or delayed. Can these issues be escalated?

the parcel seems to be lost. you should open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress now.
