can you check why these numbers are still waiting to catch a flight?

also these, RC061869095CN, RB889155073CN, i know what you ll say, that they are probably returned to sender, but i am in contact with sender, and nothing has returned to them, they have already agree for refund if in a week nothing change at their status, what i want to know, is, can someone find out why they are stuck there or if i'm ever going to get them? it s not the first time, i have ordered the same products, never had custom issues of any kind.
is there a way to send a mail for search request of these items to the china mail? can you do that for me?

China Post sometimes does not change status after the item was returned. so if your item status stuck without changing over 30 days, normally this means the parcel has been or will be returned to shipper.
