I oreder furminator , the traking number is RB388074834CN.But i can't still find that is ship , why ?
And also some orders are ship but i can see that they are in coustom.
When they will be ship ?

is there any battery inside the furminator ? if yes, they might have problem to pass security check in Customs.

Furminator doesn'n have battery.The problem is that the furminator is not still track on your web site , maybe is not pick by you or the seller isn't send to you.Only think that is stuck in coustom is two metal knifes fro steal.

It has been more than a 15 how is written on a web site aliexpress that is shpeed, but i can still track on you web site?
The problem is in the seller or china post mail ?
Should i open distribute a to back my money ?

I wanna ask about Order Number:
60977418133313, Tracking Number RC320781587CN(collar for dogs).
There is no update from 28.02.2014.I think is stuck in Zurich and when i see is alway in transit.
What happend with my order where is it ?

you should open a dispute to seller and let shipper to contact China Post.
