Hello, i bought some item from china in 10 january, now it's 30 january, and i cant find any tracking information with the given tracking number RA118525675CN

Any help please?

RA118525675CN is a fake number. China Post has never received this parcel.

OK, i tought so my self. The Seller insists that he really deliverd the product, let me quote him

When you said that you not check the item, I helped you call the shipping company without any hesitation. and they told us that your order has really been on the way your city, it is because of the problem of their system , so it cannot update the info timely , but we really have delivery the item out , also it will not effect the arrival of your item , it usually need 40days to reach , also your parcel is normal and in good condition now . So please don't worry about it .

i find this strange, from december i orderd at least 6 products from aliexpress and there tracking is ok.

Except this one wich i posted yestoday who's tracking data still returns nothing on china tracking site.

So far RA118525675CN has not been received by China Post. we suggest that you open a dispute with aliexpress.

i opened a dispute and ask for refund. be careful with kissbuy seller..

Hello, i am back with some information.

The seller claims the following

We have send the item out ,the address is the customer offered.Now is the peak season, Christmas and new year has been coming, so many business volume of large logistics company, logistics information is not updated on time.and we have send the item out with china post parcels, because of china Post parcel surface parcels do not provide query,so we can not track the info,so i hope the buyer can wait 40 days. i think he can receive it within 40 days.

is there some truth in this information?

if you follow above instruction and wait 40 days, you will pass the deadline of aliexpress claim date(60 days). That will cause losing money. You should insist to claim your money back from aliexpress and if seller refuse refund, leave a bad feedback on him.
