Hello,

I'm confused and nervous about something..

I have made over 20 purchases from China, via China post airmail, and had never had any problem!!

But, this time, it seems, that I lost a parcel! It's been almost 60 days and I haven't received it!!

I want to ask you this, how easy it is to lose a parcel, let alone a parcel, that has a tracking number on it??

I've received a pair of earrings once, without tracking number!!

And, how can I make another purchase from China, with pleasure, when I know, that my order can be lost very easily??

Lost rate of China Post international parcel is less than 1%. However, we suggest you buy from big website such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon etc. If you buy from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, the lost risk is taken by seller not buyer. So in case the parcel is lost, you can open dispute to seller for refund.
