My parcel was returned from Cyprus custom back to China. From the custom told me I dont need to pay anything and that the parcel will be returned for free but it takes already 2 months and its still not delivered to the seller in China is there is any option to pay now so the parcel will returned faster and not to be lost as the free delivery parcels are with low priority? Please, advice!

sometimes returning parcel will not show delivery status even it has been received by original shipper.
