Hi,

I made an order on DHGate by China Post Air Mail on 2013-09-18 10:33. The tracking number is RB711273415CN.
In http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php it shows

RB711273415CN 2013 Departure from outward office of exchange 10010200 ES 20131011 1517

In Spain, CORREOS tell me that you have not reached them this shipment (RB711273415CN)

Has already been too long (3 months).

Could you tell me where is it now, and when will I receive it?

the parcel RB711273415CN left China over 3 months, if you still not get it, it should be lost. you should contact seller for refund. (seller can bring shipping receipt to China Post and claim compensation) http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
