Hello. I have a little problem with my tracking number 35206939644. It was shipped via CNZ Express. The last update was in 1st february: departure from outward office of exchange. It has been 15 days like that. But what does that even mean? I didn't know where to write about my problem becuase on their site everything is written on chinese. Please help me.

I have an expensive parcel that was ordered more than 2 months ago. Where is it ? Tracking number is. .......RM734644176CN. I want a refund on this parcel. Or i need to know where it is right now. The consumer protection act does not allow this and will take this matter further is i don't get an answer

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped Feb 10 and left China on Feb 16. it should arrive South Africa in April.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china for JFK airport on Nov 13. Now is rush season, US customs in New York is very slow. You need wait 2 to 5 weeks to get the goods in USA. please be patient.
