if your parcel has battery item or pirate item inside, it might be rejected.

the parcel should be lost. you should ask seller refund you money.

Hi, I purchased items online during the 26th May 2014, I was given the following tracking number: RC90315681CN I have been monitoring the movements online but since the 15th June 2014 the status shows "Transporting" an items still shows still in China. According to the online store there's nothing they can do... can you kindly confirm whether the tracking number is legit or fake?

Ill purchased some items from an online store located in china. On September 09 2014 with tracking number - RG053436512CN. i was check status of my order every day but the order status it will be same is 2014.09.17 08:20 (GMT-7): Opening and (Export Customs Scan) at Beijing. then i asked to seller he said- (there is something wrong with the post tracking system ,not only your order ,but all my orders to all over the world are the same ,tracking information stopped ,but don't worry ,that won't affect the real deliver.)
but now after 25 days the status is not change.
so please tell me the current status of my order
as soon as possible

the parcel is still waiting for export airline space to india, you need some patient. the waiting time might need about 4 to 6 weeks.

Hello.
I have the same problem with my track numbers:
1. RL040487918CN - seller has given me this number 30 September (8 days ago), but is still I haven't any information about it.
2. RG061522650CN - seller has given me this number 5 October (2 days ago), and this track number also hasn't any information.
Please, say me something about my track numbers, because I don't know what need to do next ...

hello,
I ordered a package on aliexpress its been shipped on 26/09
but now the last status is still Departure from outward office of exchange since
2014.09.29 09:10 (GMT-7).
but when i track it with the belgian tracking system(bpost e tracker) it stands: 30/09/2014 08:02 Departure from international depot CNSHAA
When do you think i will get my package? tracking number RH060489189CN
Is my package already on the cargo plane to belguim?

you need some patient. status not changing for 2 to 4 weeks is normal.
