Can you check the number RC380715259CN. Many times I wrote to the seller, but not responding? Delivery time is 30 days from April 10, and when the check number says that there is no available number

RC380715259CN seem stuck in wenzhou for long time. it might be rejected by customs officer by safety or copyright reason. If seller does not response you, the only way is to open a dispute and claim refund. check here: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435

seller refused dispute and gave me another number RC869134803CN. and asked to wait for 15 days. I do not know what's going on? Thank you for the quick response and have a nice day .

RC869134803CN seem also stuck in shanghai. i am not what is the expire date of your buyer protection policy. You'd better open dispute before the expire date.
