Hello.

I've been waiting for a shipment since last month and its status has been stuck as "on route" since September 13. Can I know if there's a problem with the package?

The tracking number is LO147359669CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO147359669CN shows the parcel left China on Sep 13. It should be outside china now. Normally such epacket parcel will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel seems to be delayed than average.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by oct 15, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
