Hi, I've ordered a package from china last month to deliver to the UK and was despatched on the 7/10/16. my tracking number they gave me is LX983794420CN. But its been a month now, tried checking onlines but the only status ive got for the whole time is

I've tried other UK postal couriers to see if they got this tracking number but nothing. Anyone be able to help? Would they have changed tracking numbers? I've tried getting in contact with the seller but the only response i got was 'no returns, no refunds'. I doubt it would be in customs as its just a wizards costume.

Please help- the wait is driving me nuts! 😛

2. The 2 tracking are contradicting themselves, one is saying In Transit and the other one on Received.

3. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He should be able to call China Post EMS to have the whole story about your parcel.

4. During the time your parcel was sent by mail it was a China National holiday from 01 - 08 Oct. So not surprise to see your parcel delay or even misplace.

Hi many thanks for your help. I've contacted the seller which the response I got last week or so was 'hi my friend,we are asked the post Office.please patience wait.thanks.' Obviously means I have to wait even more longer which I've given up now as its still 'in transit' which Im guessing its nowhere to be found- I'm trying to get a refund due to the bad service and disappointment.
