Can you please check the tracking numbers, where the shipment is for these two:

Parcel No.RG307708018CN tracking result

2016-11-28 19:23:49.0 贸易parcel parcel shipping 部 received
2016-11-28 19:55:06.0 贸易parcel parcel shipping 部 customs scan
2016-11-28 19:58:16.0 leaving 贸易parcel parcel shipping 部 ，next station 京大平面
2016-11-29 08:35:49.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-29 14:19:56.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-29 22:49:00.0 arrive Beijing Airport
2016-11-29 23:07:33.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

Since then no update and items have not arrived to my country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this one:

1. You might want to look at this for your country:

2. When the parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country no scanning/tracking is done to the parcel but that does not means the parcel is not moving toward your location.

Do you have any info why both packages are stuck on
leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

1. I guest you forgot to read my post, what I said was this:
When the parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country no scanning/tracking is done to the parcel but that does not means the parcel is not moving toward your location.

2. Now what you really want to know is where exactly the parcel are right now, this date and time. If no scanning is done to the parcel we can only assume that the parcel departed China to your location. Your parcel might also be doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

3. You need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on the JP BH Post for any new movement.
