Hi there @chinapostvolunteer!

I hope you can help me out, because my parcel has been stuck for quite a while. On the august of 22th my parcel has been sent out by the supplier. On the 23th it has arrived at customs export scan already, but still no update. tracking number; RI136459414CN.

I read online that my parcel might be back at the shipper if the package status is still in ECS for more than 3 weeks. I hope you can clarify this for me.
