Please can you update me on the progress of my package? Royal mail tracker shows that it arrived in China a week ago. I am Unable to use your tracker online for further updates

Status: It's on its way
Your item, posted on 02/05/15 with reference RU851627238GB has arrived in BEIJING CHINA and is being processed for delivery.

When will my item arrive?

Hi, I need help , someone please ! I have tried to contact China post and Hong Kong post , but can't speak to anyone !

I need to track RC326743511HK

The tracking says it's being processed, it has said this for 4 days now , and it keeps updating most days , what do I do?
Have they even received my parcel ????

RC326743511HK was just shipped by seller on May 11. You might need about 2 to 3 weeks to get the goods.
