My Parcel No RJ011467791CN has been stuck in Export Customs Scan in Hangzhou since 10th December 2014. Why is there a delay here and when will it progress and be sent to me in France. There is no battery inside.

it should be delayed by rush season. you need some patient. the goods will arrive in mid Jan.
