Post Parcel stuck at customs in Kolkata APSO

Hi,
I had ordered a parcel through everpretty.com website and my parcel is stuck at KOLKATA APSO from Nov 9th.
I tried contacting the website,china Post as well as customs in India.But all in vain.
Can you please let me know what is causing the delay.
My parcel ID is RV224155696CN

the parcel arrived India on Nov 9. China Post does not control this parcel anymore. It is in the hand of India Post system . Please contact India Post for customs clearance and delivery detail.
