Hello,
I don't want to spam but my parcel RK105353206CN is still in transit (sent to airline status) for two weeks now, and my country -France- hadn't receive the parcel yet....
Is that normal?

sent to airline stuck for 4 weeks is normal. if over 4 weeks and you have not got it, it might be a problem.
