What this status means?

Yesterday I contacted the seller (aliexpress.com) but did not receive an answer in the past 24 hours.

I see that the package passed customs two weeks ago and since then has been in Beijing.

Package should arrive in Wien, Austria.
My purchase protection expires in less than 32 hours.

Is it better to "Request to extend Purchase Protection" or money refund?

RK151321735CN should be delayed by rush season. You should request extend protection instead of refund.
