I asked the post office in the Netherlands and they said it's not in the Netherlands yet.
Is it stil in China?

RC909570715HK is hong kong post parcel. it should be delayed somewhere. you should open dispute and claim refund.

Yes as the parcel left China on the 29th of December 2014 and still has not arrived to you there is something wrong or it may be seriously delayed due to various circumstances. Open dispute and claim refund.
