My parcel was handed over to forwarding agent for transmit on the 7th of October and I have not received it or heard any updates since then.
Tracking ID: LZ362287987CN
Please could someone help me and tell me what the chances are that this parcel has been lost or it’s just not been delivered yet?
The tracker no longer has an estimated date for arrival either

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ362287987CN shows the parcel just arrived Langley, UK. It is waiting for UK import processing. I believe you will see new update next week in Royal Mail website.

My parcel still on tracking status- sorting items Now over 2month!
So if it won’t deliver to merchandiser in 90 days I would my refund payment!!! Please reply!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RN708254756GB shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou customs. But your seller seems not want to pickup the parcel.

If this is a paypal/aliexpress return, you can actually claim refund now. Just open dispute to paypal/aliexpress, explain to them that the parcel has arrived China but seller does not collect the parcel. You have more than 80% chance to get your money back.
