Hi!
I have orders numbered RG039625206CN; RK032488372CN and RM602126036CN, but the information about their location has not been updated for about month. Where is the problem and will I receive those parcels eventually (destination is in Latvia)?

Yes, I use that link, but the information in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php has not been updated for about month. For example, item number RG039625206CN is sent to airline in 30th of August, but I still have not received it. Similar situation is with other parcels numbered previously. Or maybe the parcel is lost somewhere and I should report that?

yes. it is possible lost if the parcel was sent to airline in august and you still have not got it.

open a dispute to aliexpress/ebay and claim refund.
