Hello,
I have buy a battery of macbook on ebay.
This item has been received by the china post the 19th May 2014.
Since the 23th May, he's on the status "Export Customs Scan" and I have no more news from my order.

This is my order number : RC264485483CN

Could you help me to know where is my packet ?

battery is strictly forbidden by china post register airmail service. you can not receive this parcel, it will be rejected or even destroyed by customs safety officer.

I don't understand why if batteries are forbidden by china post, vendors can propose this type of item on ebay..

Thank again. I will ask the repayment from the ebay vendor.

china post airmail parcel will go through passenger airline. some battery items have caused fire accident in flights in past months, so it is dangerous to passenger's safety.
