Been waiting for RK519255403CN since 13-NOV-2016. This cannot be normal? Any way of figuring out where it is?

2. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel, he might have some new information that we don't.

3. In normal condition parcel to your country the maximum estimated arrival time is 30 days.

Thanks.

I contacted the seller, which told me that it should normally have arrived by now. Seller has contacted China post and an investigation is to take place to figure out if it is lost or on its way.

How does this work?

1. I have no clue how China Post is going to investigate. Maybe through the computer system and trying to find in which mail bag the parcel was put in and if that mail bag departed from China to Norway.

2. Just make sure you have buyer's protection for your parcel still active, just in case you need to open a dispute.

Thanks.
