2. So according to your tracking and mine, your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country. May I suggest you read this for Belgium:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

3. When your parcel arrive in Belgium it will be up to Belgium Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. If by 22 Dec you have not receive your parcel or can not track it on the Belgium Post site, then open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

5. Please do take into consideration that this time of year is the busiest time for most Post Office in the World.
