Hi, I've ordered keyboard parts (mechanical switches) from KBDFans, a known seller for mechanical keyboard parts.

LO882543590CN

I've not had updates for nearly 3 months now, what's happened to it? I've been told to 'wait 2 weeks' twice through their support now, but nothing happens. Please help.

LO882543590CN was sent to Shanghai airport on Mar 14. It has not moved since then. Normally this is a bad news, your parcel has about 40% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute for refund
