Hello ,

I'm from belgium and ordered a package from china (no illegal stuff) with trackingnumber:
CP276080097CN
I'm afraid it got lost somewhere between China and Belgium because the tracking information hasn't been updated for 6 weeks..

Can someone tell me what i should do?! (what CAN i do?!)

CP276080097CN is surface parcel for heavy item. it is very slow, you need patient.

Ok! but how long does a surface parcel take to get to europe?!
is it sent by a boat, a container?

surface parcel is very difficult to predict the arrive time. can be from 2 weeks to 2 months. can be shipped by air,boat, truck, train or anything is cheap and having available space(always the last priority than other parcel).

We are now exactly 2 months later..
Still the tracking information hasn't been updated Nor have i received the package.

Which further steps can i take so i can still receive the package?!
The package is worth $150 so i would love to receive it..
