Hi, I've been waiting on a package since the 5th March when it left the sorting centre. I understand that post is slower due to Covid-19 issues but my package has been in transit for 43 days. The tracking number is LO872886065CN and it is a vape sent by Vaporesso. I've contacted the company twice and they have been of no help. I was hoping you could maybe let me know where my package is please?

LO872886065CN shipped from Shenzhen on Mar 10. Shenzhen has serious airline shortage. Many parcels of early February are still waiting for flight space.

If your buyer protection is expiring , then open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

It is difficult to predict arrival time. China Post has very limited airline space now. Assignment of these space is a totally random. Our stat shows fastest parcel got on to aircraft in about 10 days. On the other hand, some parcels shipped in early Feb are still waiting in warehouse for flight space. It almost like a lottery.

That does not inspire much confidence but thanks anyway. My parcel has been waiting for flight space for 50 days so.

Hi, I'm just wondering if my parcel has 'won the lottery'and left China yet, it's been waiting for export since the 10th of March! An update would be very welcome, thank you!!

LO872886065CN is still in Shenzhen. However, situation becomes better now. Some parcels shipped in end Feb and early March just arrived UK and USA. I believe Ireland parcel will arrive in next one or two weeks.
