Trackingnummer: RV513999071CN

According to this the Package should be at the Vienna Airport
Nur i did not get any notification neither from the company in china nor the postal Service in Austria. I have no idea whom i should contact?
The China company website is down

A Bit strange everything

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV513999071CN shows the parcel arrived Vienna on Dec 6. But it has never been released by Austria customs since then.

The parcel is in Austria Post system, you can contact Austria Post for more information . If Austria Post can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
