My package status "Dispatched Urumqi Exchange Office" since 27 January 2015.

-you Can find out if my package is lost or if I have the chance to receive one day !!

you can not know if it is lost or simply delayed. Normally if you can not get the parcel over 2 month, it should be lost or rejected by customs officer.
