I have a similar problem, I have bought 10 pcs and they didn't send me, I remember that I have confirmered the order so when I knew about open dispute I went to check but in my orders don't have this button to click, what can I do to be refund ? Had about 3 months that this happened, Did I lose my money ?

you have passed the deadline to open dispute. normally this means your money is lost.
