Hello, I am still waiting for a parcel from 28/10/13 (tracking no RB563822845CN) . The seller keeps answering that I will soon have my order, but it is in NULL status in Beijing since 4/11/13 .(This is a very long delay and it was a Christmas gift that i will not have in Christmas.)
Αny information would be welcome

if the parcel stuck in Beijing over one month, normally this means the parcel was lost or returned to shipper. you need to file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible.

Thank you for your answer but as you can see it has been more than 40 calendar days since my payment (13/10/13) so I can't do anything.The seller lies and tells me that its on its way..but I have the tracking system from there and from Greece and the parcel is in Beijing. Unfortunately I will consider my money lost. Thank you
