hello,

I got a tracking number from the seller and I can see in the tracking that is has been delivered. But not to me!
Seller says it has been delivered to same address as the first parcel, but I doubt if he is telling the truth and think he might have given me a tracking number for another random delivery to my country.
Can you check the postal code and/or city RI013262708CN is delivered to?

you can not know the address of the parcel from web. you have to contact Netherlands in person and find out who signed the parcel.

Thank you for your answer. I've contacted our postal services and they confirmed that is has been addressed and delivered to the other side of the country..

The parcel was shipped by mistake to Israel, you should open dispute and claim refund.
