My package with the tracking number RC120336593CN hasn't arrived yet. It has been months since I bought it. It seems that it has been stucked at warehouse. What is going on?

RC120336593CN stuck in Beijing almost 4 months, it should be lost or rejected by airline.

you are too late to do anything. you should open dispute 2months ago. now your money is lost.

If the item was rejected by airline it should be send it back to the seller, right?

not necessarily. it might be returned to shipper, might be destroyed or sold by government. all at officer's choice.
