Post No update in status for over two weeks

Hi there

My package has no update for over two weeks now. I ordered the parcel on December 6th and it arrived at the China Post Sorting Center on December 8th.

At 2016-12-15 the parcel was sent abroad at Shenzen, but since then, no updates.

Could someone please have a look? Is my parcel lost?

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Switzerland. When you see Departure export customs SHENZHEN, it means that the parcel has pass all the Security and Customs check and is ready for departure from China.

3. Since we don't have a flight number we can not say exactly when the parcel physically departed from China.

4. Now what needs to happen is the Swiss Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

5. It's the Holiday Season and mail is slow everywhere. In normal condition parcel to your country can take 14 days. But we are not right now in normal condition.

It's been three weeks now without an update.
When will China Post begin to investigate where the parcel is?

1. If you want China Post to investigate about your parcel you have to go through your seller, he is the one that sent the parcel.

2. Your parcel should have taken maximum 12 days to get to your country in good condition. But the parcel was mail in the Holiday Season.

3. Just tell seller that you have not receive your parcel or you could possibly open a dispute.

The seller is trying to prolong and delay the dispute. He won't investigate the parcel. Meanwhile the parcel did not update.
I hope I'll get a refund anytime soon :/
Seller is really not fair - if you don't want to make the same experience, don't buy from Cool-sale_trade Co.,LTD. Really not a fair seller.

1. I hope you did not close your dispute with the seller. If seller refuse to refund then you need to escalate your dispute.

No no :) he tried to persuade me to close the dispute and "reopen it again later", but I didn't close it. It's a long time until AliExpress steps in and helps to find a solution anyway..
Now I ordered the same product in Switzerland, more than twice the price, but without the hassle :)
