I ordered a package on the 3rd april and it was sent to a sorting facility on the 8th and has been stuck there since with no movement i have contacted the site and given me 3 delivery dates and chased up various courier companies involved and no one knows where this parcel is any help?

1959059667683617 is not a china post tracking number. You might be scammed.
