1. Give your parcel a last chance, if by 12 Jan you can not see any new tracking on the Turkey Post site, then just open a dispute for non reception of parcel.

2. May I suggest you contact now your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post: 11185 to find out what is going on with your parcel.
