Hello

Seller accidently put wrong destination country ( Serbia, instead Montenegro ) then I notice item I ordered didn't moved at all since 06.06 from Customs-Control warehouse.
He told me that he has spoke from someone in china post and item destination will be updated when item move to the next place, but 19 days seems preety much for item to not move at all from current destination. Some other stuff I ordered in same day was held by customs like few days, and item moved to next location and everything was okay, but this one stuck for 19 days. Also my Destination Country for item should be Montenegro, not Serbia.. Hope that helps

you can not change location after the parcel was shipped. I am not sure if Serbia Post will forward your parcel to Montenegro. You are brother countries and previously are in same postal system,right?

Yea, we were one country 8 years ago, but we are independent country now with new postal system ... I don't think Serbia will forward it on their own cost without any good reason.
Funny thing is seller keep telling me when item move to next place ( but clearly it doesn't move at all ), destination country will be updated.. Or should I ask for refund ?

you can open dispute to seller and ask for refund.
