china to London, how can i find out more about where my item is ?

1. Even if there is no scan on your parcel it does not mean that the parcel is not moving to UK.

2. Please take note that E Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days for delivery excluding the time spent in Customs of both countries.

3. Your parcel is fine, it's On Route to UK, you need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on Royal Mail for any movement.
