Post My post hasnt arrived, last update 26th of October

Can someone help me? I ordered a thing on ebay on 26th of October and the tracking number says it was shipped right away and the last thing I can see about it is that it arrived in Beijing airport on 27th and has been stuck there or in transit for over a month now. I contacted the seller a week ago, they said it will arrive very soon. There is still no sign of my post.
My tracking number is RG299467967CN.

1. Parcel to Estonia should take maximum 31 days to arrive. You could wait another week and if you don't get it, just open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.
