Hello,
I would like to know when I will receive the parcel RS153384509CN sent the 2nd of Nov. It is more then 2 months now that I am waiting and there is not info in the tracking since the 20th of Dec.

1. Your parcel arrive in your country Italy and it's at the Italian Customs:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

Parcel No.RS153384509CN tracking result
2016-11-01 12:19:47.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2016-11-02 02:27:20.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2016-11-02 02:33:37.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 南海
2016-11-02 11:33:15.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-02 17:03:25.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-12-20 12:11:00.0 arrive Italy Milan Transit Station
2016-12-20 15:51:00.0 Milan arrive customs

2. You might want to contact Italy Post or if yiu can Italy Customs to find out about your parcel.

thanks, what is the typical timeframe for the custom clearance ?

1. I have no idea for Italy Customs, if you can call them or Italy Post do so.

2. Unfortunately all Customs in the world works at there own pace.

and italian customs are veeery slow, seems they are overloaded with packages at the moment. i am waiting since more than two months, too. Seems they have too much work to do at the moment.
